ORDER TURNAROUND TIME :
Orders are processed Monday to Friday in the order they are received. Typically, all orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days. Please allow extra time for processing on Holidays.

Due to the artisanal handcrafted nature of our products and the fact they are 100% natural, please accept that there may be very slight variations in colour, size and shape. We create our soaps in small, highly controlled batches to ensure the very best results.
We regret that we cannot take any responsibility for deliveries sent to an incorrect address due to an error by the ordering party. Should you realize that you have input an incorrect delivery address, please notify us within 24 hours of placing the order. This way we can do our utmost to ensure your order can be dispatched to the correct location. Please be aware however, that as shipping turnaround can often be immediate, it is difficult to ensure that a change of address can be accommodated in all cases.
EU SHIPPING :
3 to 5 working days, this excludes weekends and public holidays. Orders to the EU are dispatched from our EU logistics, are tracked and a signature is required upon receipt. We will send you an email notification with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please ensure your email address is correct in order to stay informed of your delivery.
UK & REST OF THE WORLD:
7 to 10 working days, this excludes weekends and public holidays. All international deliveries are tracked and require a signature upon receipt. International orders may be subject to import duty or delays while going through customs. Any additional charges incurred as a result of import duties or other custom protocols are beyond our control and as such the recipient will be responsible for their payment. We advise that you contact your local customs office for further information. We, the seller, are not responsible for customs charges.
Orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive after they have been dispatched due to the fact all orders must pass through customs. The amount of time this process takes is sadly beyond our control.
