ORDER PROCESSING :

Orders are prepared and dispatched Monday to Friday in the order they are received.

Orders placed before 2pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time are dispatched on the next working day.

Processing times may be extended during public holidays and seasonal periods.

Due to the artisanal, handcrafted nature of our products, subtle variations in colour, size, and shape may occur. Each batch is small and carefully controlled to ensure the finest quality.

We cannot accept responsibility for deliveries to an incorrect address. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our utmost to accommodate changes, immediate dispatch may limit our ability to update the delivery information.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

EU & REST OF THE WORLD:

Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days from dispatch.
