Our intention is to delight you with our handmade soaps and we hope you are very happy with your Fysha products. Should there be any problem with your order we are able to exchange returned products. This is due to the nature of our merchandise as soap is a personal use item.

If you should receive a damaged item, please keep all of the original packaging and notify us as soon as possible at info@fysha.co.uk. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept exchanges on items that have been opened or used. We are happy to exchange any damaged items provided they are reported to us within 72 hours of order delivery. We also require photographic proof of any damage or defect.

In such circumstances, we will not be able to refund the shipping cost as it is paid directly to our providers. For international orders, should your package be unclaimed or sent back to us, we may refund the value of the products but all delivery charges and customs fees and taxes will not be refunded.

The cost of returning products to us is payable by you the customer. When returning products we ask you to please ensure the package is securely sealed and for your own protection, we advise that returns are sent via a recorded or tracked delivery service.

If you have purchased Fysha products via one of our stockists any returns or exchanges should be arranged with them directly. We regret we are not able to accept returned items that have not been purchased from our online shop.
