RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We hope you are delighted with your FYSHA purchase.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of handmade soaps or sea sponges. Unused and unopened soap dishes may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@fysha.co.uk within 72 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We are happy to replace any damaged items reported within this timeframe.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless an item has arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Please ensure packages are securely sealed, and for your protection, we recommend using a recorded or tracked delivery service.
